الشحن
- التوصيل مجاني لجميع الطلبات اللي قيمتها 14 د.ك أو أكثر.
- الطلبات اللي قيمتها أقل من 14 د.ك راح ينضاف عليها رسوم توصيل 1.5 د.ك.
الاستبدال والاسترجاع
- الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع يكون خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
- تكون الحقيبة غير مستخدمة، وبحالـتها الأصلية، مع بقاء بطاقة (Tag) بقشة الأصلية عليها.
رسوم الاستبدال والاسترجاع
راح يكون في رسوم 2 د.ك على كل عمليات الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، وراح يكون حق مندوب التوصيل.

Shipping
- Free delivery is available on all orders of 14 KWD or more.
- Orders below 14 KWD are subject to the applicable delivery fee shown at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to shop with confidence.
- You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The bag must be unused, in its original condition, and the original Bugsha tag must still be attached.
- Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if the tag has been removed or if the product shows signs of use.
Return & Exchange Delivery Fee
A 2 KWD delivery fee applies to all approved returns and exchanges to cover the pickup and redelivery service.
